Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is considered the evidence-based gold standard of stress reduction by doctors and the tens of thousands of people who have benefited from this program worldwide. In the class research-proven to reduce anxiety and pain, students have reported:

Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction courses include extended experiential practice of meditation, gentle yoga that can be modified for all abilities, education about stress reduction, group discussion, and mindful communication practice.
