A little about L. Rebecca Connell, LCSW                                                                                                   

L. Rebecca (Reba) Connell,  Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (CA LCS 19814), teaches  Nourish Your Mood: Meditation and Eating with the Brain in Mind and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. A Certified Gottman Method Couples Therapist, she specializes in anxiety and chronic pain, drawing on the latest evidence-based approaches including mental health nutrition and eating meditation.  She  gives mindfulness workshops for the workplace and professional trainings.
