Join us for a lovingly rigorous dive into

  • science
  • self-compassion
  • and waking up the senses.

You will receive:
guided meditation audio files,

original manual developed by teacher

Time to lovingly observe how your brain health changes over 9 months




You will meet together in this intimate 9-month Program:

Free Orientation 2-4:00pm, Sunday, January 24, 2021

9 monthly Sunday meetings, February-October 2021 , 2-4:30 pm, PST:

March 21
April 18
May 23
June 13
July 11
August 8 (9-4pm Pacific time)
September 12
October 17

We have made the effort to avoid US Federal holidays and US Mother and Father's Days.

Eight monthly conference calls, on the first Tuesday of the month, March-October 2021, 7-7:45 pm PST

One all day Sunday mindfulness retreat August 8, 9-4pm

Early-bird price is $850 until January 25, 2021 (Save $100)


Or Sliding Scale/Payment plan available.

Make a $50 deposit, then split the remainder into 2 payments, on 2/21/21 and
5/23/21.

Pay what you can for people on Medicaid/no household income. 

​If you are unsatisfied with the program, you can to request your money back as a donation to Urban Tilth free farm boxes for low-income people, or as a refund back to you.
