Reduce isolation
and boost mood
during the holidays and
COVID-19.

We’ll learn:
  • The magic gift of spices: ginger, mint,  and pine for mood
  • How the Hanukkah miracle of oil might relate to brain health
  • Tips on how to ally with the dark of the year to get the rejuvenating sleep you need
  • How our amazing bodies come in a normal range of sizes and some of the sneaky influences driving “obesity" talk
  • What one of the missing pieces might be to support your:
    • mood
    • anxiety
    • concentration
    • sex drive
    • pain
    • memory and cognitive health

All attendees will receive free gifts:
  • A packet of delicious holiday recipes to boost mood (including no-cook recipes!), drawn from a range of cultures.
  • A tool you can use to track the connection between your mood and food
  • An evidence-based guided audio meditation to use in a moment when life is hard or you're being hard on yourself

In our time together we will:

  • Practice eating meditation
  • Light a candle to illuminate the winter
  • Practice self-compassion meditation
  • Do a brief ritual to grieve those lost to COVID-19, state violence, and violence against transgender people
  • Make a toast to bring in the joys we seek in 2021

BODY-POSITIVE, FAT-POSITIVE, FOOD-POSITIVE, TRANSGENDER/LGBTQI-POSITIVE

Open to people of all spiritual paths.
