Please use unscented products and do not smoke before class for the health of others.

Bare feet or dance shoes only inside the studio. Please leave your street shoes in the changing room.

There will also be a Sunday retreat (9 a.m.–4 p.m.) at East Bay Meditation Center, 285 17th St. at the corner of Harrison St., Oakland, CA 94612.

Reba Connell, LCSW, teaches Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindful Eating classes. She has completed several levels of study in teaching Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, including a professional training program under the direction of Dr. Saki Santorelli and Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn.

Class includes 25 class hours, 4 CDs, and manual.
